Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days from purchase date in writing to BlueBerry Hill Design for a full refund.

Cancelations After the 14 days will be subjected to a 20% restocking Charge.

You have the right to a full refund for any damaged or faulty items which must be advised within 14 days and returned within 28 days to BlueBerry Hill Design.

All items of furniture are bespoke made to order and we do not accept returns for miss measurements on the customers behalf. Please double check your dimensions prior to placing your order.
